Hail Caesar

Just a note about the Caesar salads here, which I love.

They use real bacon, make their own croutons and have really thick slivers of real Parmesan cheese.  Often there are egg chunks in there too.  Tonight, for example, the salad was crowned with a poached egg that had about 8 - 10 slivers of anchovy artfully laid over the egg.  I love anchovies in Caesar salad.  Too bad I didn't have a camera to take a photo.  Next time.
